  Myself and my partner are very loyal customers of fields, we usually do all our shopping in Dublin, and have multiple items insured with Fields. My partner had decided to drop into the new bridge store today as he was doing some Christmas shopping to query insurance length on a particular item that we have insurance with but the customer service he received today was appalling, very ignorant and rude and condescending with a brutal attitude. I had specifically told the lady I would be making a complaint and she continue to be rude. I will be getting onto management as soon as Christmas period is over.

  The worst customer service ever ....!!!! And the staff members are very rude I will never back to this store again and I will never buy any think from fields again ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
