- Sarah C Added 17/04/2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Twenty1 has the best customer service staff of any shop in Whitewater IMO, but has the most unpleasant shopping experience. The lights are uninviting, cold looking and distort the colours of clothes no end! Also the shop is absolutely freezing all the time and it absolutely ruins the whole experience.
If I was reviewing the staff in Twenty1, I'd give them 6 stars out of 5: they are very helpful and try to make the buying process as easy as possible.
But I'm not reviewing staff, I'm reviewing the shop and in that sense I feel some small changes, (heat the place and change the lighting) would make this shop one of the best in the shopping centre.
