  Very disappointed with the lady that answered the phone to me this evening. Rebecca. My 2 year old child has a very concerning rash on her body. I called the doctors at 5.20 and asked if there would be a doctor available to see the child. I was abruptly told NO. I was going to explain the I’m only 2 minutes away from the practice and that it was for a baby with a rash but I didn’t get to finish my sentence as I was rudely interrupted by her and then she hung up. I am disgusted as this is a baby with a rash and I didn’t even get to speak. Rebecca needs to go on a customer service call if this is her attitude to customers the other end of the phone.

  Recently joined Medical in Newbridge, not only it was a wasted money, but the GP's are completely clueless, after sending me from private examinations, which were only extra payments they've concluded nothing. Being sent to a different doctor every time doesn't help investigating anything either.
  Not to mention that during examination by GP I was sent to an echo which of course they wouldn't mention is worth an extra 45 euro, amazing surprise at the counter.
  At the end all they could do is to send me to Naas Emergency Department, which investigated the case to an end without any further embarrassment.
  
  Sorry to say, but any apologies from the Staff won't get me approximately 250 euro back, wasted for nothing.

  Horrible place .should be shut down . My child is one and her doctor is Graham Gordon and the man is never in there ....always on holidays .she has never seen the same doctor twice and on two occasions was prescribed medication for over 5 year olds .thank God for the pharmacist next door to them who picked up on this on both occasions . They spend all their time with there heads in a medical book and witnessed one doctor Google my baby's symptoms . I could have done this myself . Have spoke to countless people who have the same issues with this place and changed doctors .I have also just gotten her a new doctor thank God! It's bad when your baby is sick and you have to wait till k docs are open to take her there cause there's not one decent doctor in her clinic . Place should be shut down !!

  My girlfriend visited while sick and unable to attend work. We have just moved to Newbridge and this was the closest doctors.
  One of the receptionists told her she would have to go to her own GP,
  when my girlfriend explained that she was to ill to drive and enquired as to what she should do, the woman apologised and said she should make other arrangements.
  Truly awful way to do any business, shocking way for doctors to do business.
  For the good of your own health, avoid.

  Very professional and very nice and friendly dentist would highly recommend been to others in newbridge and have found these to be the best by far
